Administrative Role in Social Housing

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our social housing team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our branch, including general administrative duties and supporting the planning team with booking repairs into the engineers' diaries.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders
* Support the planning team with scheduling repairs and maintenance
* Maintain accurate records and databases
* Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency

**Requirements**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the social housing sector
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
