We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of important documents and information.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Support the accounts team by addressing supplier queries and facilitating timely invoice payments.
- Coordinate company fleet activities, including tax, insurance, and MOT arrangements.
- Develop and maintain training programs for site staff, ensuring their continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Valid driving license is essential for this role.
- Previous office experience is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and external parties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer and administrative software.
