Administration Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilise Google Suite for various office tasks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Support the office with administrative duties
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic filing systems
- Assist with financial tasks using QuickBooks
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in clerical duties and office procedures
- Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Administrative experience in an office environment is an advantage
- Ability to maintain phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Competency in computerised systems for document management
- Experience with data entry processes and accuracy checks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar financial software is desirable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
