About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Lead, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage electronic and manual filing systems, and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Plan and allocate teams of student nurses, and be their first point of contact.
  • Health Roster Management, Training and Appraisal compliance, and preparation for meetings for the Operational Lead.

Requirements

  • Experience in a secretarial role, with a strong background in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Packages and SYSTM ONE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff and stakeholders.
