**About the Role**

In WTW's Outsourcing Business, our Administration Operations team provides a pension administration facility for clients of varying size across a variety of complex schemes. Our workforce consists of differing seniority levels, skill mixes, team sizes, and talent pools delivering diverse operational models, processes, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver an enhanced and empathetic pension administration service to clients, attending client calls to discuss member matters requiring high-level customer care.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of our pension services, adhering to our change, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions influencing internal and external stakeholders on service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Team Leads in conducting activities in line with internal procedures, policies, and legislation, including industry standards.
  • Optimize team productivity and measure its performance.
  • Create a collaborative culture where processes are applied consistently within the team, enabling flexible working to support each other.
