Pensions Administration Manager

In WTW's Outsourcing Business, our Admin Operations team consists of over 1,000 colleagues providing a comprehensive pension administration facility for clients of varying sizes and complexity. Our workforce encompasses diverse seniority levels, skill mixes, team sizes, and talent pools, delivering unique operational models, processes, and procedures.
The Pensions Administration Manager role is a pivotal opportunity, requiring effective communication across our various lines of business. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the pension administration service delivery for a team in our Redhill Office. If you are customer-focused, ambitious, self-driven, a people person, and have a can-do attitude, you will thrive in our dynamic working environment.
This role requires an unwavering commitment to putting members first, with a heavy focus on individual member-related activities. You will be the 'go-to' colleague for clients, attending calls to discuss member matters that require high levels of customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality pension administration services, meeting performance objectives defined by WTW.
- Ensure adherence to change, quality assurance, and operational excellence frameworks, enabling a quality service.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to make commercially focused decisions, influencing internal and external stakeholders on service delivery, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Accountable for ensuring Team Leads conduct activities in line with internal procedures, policies, and legislation, including industry standards.
- Optimize team productivity, ensuring it is measured and aligned with business objectives.
- Create a collaborative culture, enabling teams to work flexibly and support each other.
