- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
- Ensure the health and safety of the premises and engage in property improvement plan initiatives to maintain a high level of quality and service.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
- Ensure immaculate guest rooms and public areas, maintaining a high level of quality and service.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Address guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control, ensuring that our financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Optimize revenue streams, including rooms, food and beverage, and events, to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the finance team to achieve financial targets and drive business growth.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
