We are excited to be recruiting a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant at a progressive school located in Whitfield, Kent. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young students with additional needs.

About the Role

The selected candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to encourage learning and development of students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. You will also be responsible for supporting teachers in managing class behavior, challenging and supporting the progress of pupils, and encouraging all students to learn and motivate them to reach their maximum potential.

  • You must have a Child Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
  • You must be committed to safeguarding
  • You must be adaptable, enthusiastic, and enjoy working with young people of all backgrounds
