GSL Education - Kent is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in a reputable school in Dover.

Job Description:- Support students with special educational needs in the classroom, ensuring they can access the curriculum.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Encourage the social and emotional development of students, building their confidence and resilience.
- Previous experience as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or special needs support is advantageous.
- A competitive daily rate of £83 - £95.
