**Job Description**

Folkestone Girls' School is a happy and forward-thinking school that is committed to providing the highest quality education to all our students. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our SEND department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teaching staff in the delivery of lessons, assisting with the development and implementation of IEPs, and providing one-to-one support to students as needed.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge of special educational needs and how to provide effective support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information.

**Salary:** £29,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
