About the Role
Are you a dedicated care professional seeking a new challenge? Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Felbrigg House, a residential setting in Dover, Kent.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting service users to lead a full and valued life.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, ensuring the wellbeing of all service users, responding to challenges, and supervising support staff. You will also be responsible for organizing activities, administering medication, and communicating with families and professionals.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,350, equivalent to 25 days annual leave, free meals and parking, wellbeing support and activities, career development and training, pension contribution, life assurance, and an enhanced maternity package.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need experience as a Senior Support Worker or extensive care experience from a Learning Disability and Autism residential setting. You should hold the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and possess strong leadership skills and empathy. A positive and professional approach, reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty are essential qualities for this position.
