**Horizon Care & Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Placed Youth Support Worker.**

The role involves working shifts from 8 AM to 10 PM plus sleep ins, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records, documenting interactions and progress to support safeguarding and effective service delivery.

  • Commitment and Reliability: A dedicated approach to your role, ensuring consistent support and presence for the residents.
  • Outcome-Driven Mindset: Focused on achieving positive outcomes for young people, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Ability to Handle Challenges: Experience working with challenging behaviours, demonstrating problem-solving skills and emotional resilience.
  • Lone Working Capability: Comfortable working independently, while adhering to safeguarding protocols and maintaining a professional standard of care.
