NCS Youth Engagement Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging individual to join our team as a Youth Engagement Advisor in Greater Manchester. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for promoting the NCS programme to schools and colleges, building relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering sales pitches to showcase the NCS experience.

About the Role:

  • Accountability for driving consistent strong performance via regional recruitment events such as school assemblies and youth groups.
  • Deliver strong sales pitches when working on recruitment stalls to sell the NCS experience to young people.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders, including community partners and leaders, schools and teachers, parents/guardians, and governors.
