About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator at Kingston University, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing activities and campaigns to achieve student recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and commission high-quality content, including written copy, video, audio, and graphics, to enhance the university's brand and drive student engagement.
  • Coordinate photo shoots, ensuring permission rights are obtained and maintaining the image library.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including financial processes, team meetings, and student ambassador programs.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering large-scale marketing projects and generating reports on marketing activities.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with GDPR regulations, Competition Market Authority regulations, and other relevant legislative frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity, trends, and other duties as required by the Marketing Manager and Director of UK Student Recruitment and Admissions.
