Marketing Assistant Job Description

The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative and operational marketing campaign support to the wider Marketing team. This includes supporting external agency relationships, creating marketing assets, managing online systems and portals, supporting purchasing, reporting on marketing activity, and optimizing communication and administration across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Marketing Manager to project manage the portfolio of events across the world.
  2. Deliver successful, integrated marketing campaigns across a range of sectors and geographies.
  3. Manage external agencies, including project coordination, administrative support, and service delivery reviews.
  4. Develop and schedule social media content.
  5. Deliver best-in-class marketing collateral and sales support tools.
  6. Optimize and manage Marketing online tools, systems, and portals.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a business-related field.
  2. Excellent project management and time management skills.

Desirable Skills

  1. 1+ year of marketing experience in a similar role.
  2. 1+ year of event management experience, including project managing B2B events.
