As a Community Youth Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering mentoring sessions, creating content for mentors, and supporting various health and inclusion programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality mentoring sessions within schools and community settings
  • Create engaging mentoring resources to support program delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of health and inclusion programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and external partners
  • Contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of program impact
Requirements:
  • Experience in youth work, mentoring, or a similar role within education or community settings
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Willingness to undertake a CUFC Enhanced DBS Check and FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
  • Full UK Driving License
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant experience working with young people in areas of high deprivation
  • NGB Coaching Qualification
