Brow Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow and Skin Specialist to join our team at High Brow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and care to our clients, while also maintaining a high level of product and treatment knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert brow and skin services to clients, including bespoke brow shaping and tinting.
- Ensure all treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve product and treatment knowledge by following leading brow and skin experts.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines.
- Book and amend appointments as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver and participate in training as required, to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Sell products to clients, meeting targets and contributing to the success of the business.
- Take high-quality pictures and videos of work, to feature on social media and showcase the expertise of High Brow.
- Proven experience in brow treatments and/or beauty, holding recognized qualifications and licenses.
- Passion for brows and a commitment to creating the best bespoke brows for clients.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with a positive attitude to work and customers.
- 3 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Experience of working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
