Brow and Skin Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow and Skin Specialist to join our team at High Brow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and care to our clients, while also maintaining a high level of product and treatment knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert brow and skin services to clients, including bespoke brow shaping and tinting.
  2. Ensure all treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve product and treatment knowledge by following leading brow and skin experts.
  4. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines.
  5. Book and amend appointments as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  6. Deliver and participate in training as required, to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  7. Sell products to clients, meeting targets and contributing to the success of the business.
  8. Take high-quality pictures and videos of work, to feature on social media and showcase the expertise of High Brow.
Person Specification:
  1. Proven experience in brow treatments and/or beauty, holding recognized qualifications and licenses.
  2. Passion for brows and a commitment to creating the best bespoke brows for clients.
  3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with a positive attitude to work and customers.
  4. 3 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering exceptional service.
  5. Experience of working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
