**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow Expert to join our team at High Brow. As a Senior Brow Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional brow services to our clients, including bespoke brow treatments, consultations, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert brow services, including Microblading, SPMU, shaping, tinting, and lamination.
  • Ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve product and treatment knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to HSE and company guidelines.
  • Manage appointments, including booking and amending as required.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Sell products and meet sales targets.
  • Feature work on social media platforms to showcase expertise and promote the company.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the growth and success of High Brow.

**Person Specification**

  • Proven experience as a Microblading/SPMU expert, holding recognized qualifications and licenses.
  • Passion for brows and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a team environment and contributing to sales targets.
