Job Title: Brow Expert

To provide exceptional Brow/SMPU Services, Consultations, and advice to our clients at High Brow.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure 5* Service and care to clients and guests.
  • Create bespoke brow/lash/lip/SPMU using various techniques including Microblading and SPMU.
  • Perform treatments to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve product and treatment knowledge.
  • Manage stock for treatments.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines.
  • Book and amend appointments as required.
  • Deliver and participate in training as required.
  • Sell products.
  • Take pictures/videos and feature work on social media.
  • Meet targets set.
Person Specification
  • Experienced professional with exceptional Microblading/SPMU skills and expertise in other brow treatments.
  • Passionate about brows and creating a positive difference to customers.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude to work and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • 3 years experience.
  • Experience of working in a team environment.
  • Sales skills/experience of meeting targets.
