Senior Brow Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brow Expert to join our team at High Brow. As a Senior Brow Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional brow services to our clients, including microblading, SPMU, shaping, tinting, and lamination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert brow services, including microblading, SPMU, shaping, tinting, and lamination, to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brow trends, techniques, and products to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of new brow services and treatments, and participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Brow Expert or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional brow services.
  • Advanced knowledge of brow techniques, including microblading, SPMU, shaping, tinting, and lamination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
