Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brow Specialist to join our team at High Brow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality brow treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert brow and skin services to clients, including consultations, treatments, and sales.
  • Ensure a 5-star service experience for all clients, including effective communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brow and skin care, and continually improve product and treatment knowledge.
  • Perform brow treatments to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to health and safety guidelines.
  • Book and amend appointments as required, and deliver training as needed.
  • Sell products and meet sales targets.
  • Take high-quality pictures and videos of work and feature on social media platforms.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the growth and success of High Brow.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in brow treatments and/or beauty, with recognized qualifications and licenses.
  • Passion for brows and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales targets.
