Job Title: Consumer Relations Specialist

High Brow is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consumer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our brow and skin services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert brow and skin services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert brow and skin services, including bespoke brow shaping, tinting, and lamination.
  • Ensure 5-star service and care to clients and guests, maintaining a clean and tidy work environment that adheres to HSE and company guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve product and treatment knowledge by following leading brow and skin experts.
  • Meet targets set by the company, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Person Specification:
  • 3 years of experience in brow and skin services, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert brow and skin services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
