Brow Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brow Specialist to join our team at High Brow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional brow and skin services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert brow and skin treatments, including shaping, tinting, and lamination.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually improve product and treatment knowledge.
  3. Ensure all treatments are performed to an exceptional standard, effectively and within designated time frames.
  4. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, adhering to HSE and company guidelines.
  5. Book and amend appointments as required.
  6. Deliver and participate in training as needed.
  7. Sell products and meet sales targets.
  8. Feature work on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Person Specification:
  1. Hold recognized qualifications and licenses in brow treatments and/or beauty.
  2. Have a passion for brows and a commitment to creating bespoke brows.
  3. Be a good team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  4. Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  5. Have experience working in a team environment and meeting sales targets.
