Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Therapist Liaison to join our team. As a Therapist Liaison, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with associate therapists, educating and supporting them to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with associate therapists to ensure they are achieving our service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Provide education, guidance, and constructive feedback to therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all risk is identified and escalated to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
  • Comply with Consent and Data Protection Act regulations at all times and report any breaches to the Office Manager.
  • Coordinate communications with relevant parties to ensure effective case processing and timely discharge of patients.
