Therapist Liaison Role

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Therapist Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with associate therapists within your allocated region.
  • Provide education, guidance, and constructive feedback to therapists to ensure they meet our service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure all risk is discussed with therapists and escalated to the appropriate member of staff in a timely manner.
  • Comply with Consent and Data Protection Act regulations at all times and report any breaches to the Office Manager.
  • Dispatch communications to relevant parties to ensure cases are processed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all patients are discharged in accordance with company processes and procedures.
