At CyberNorth, we are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill the position of Head of Risk. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact in the field of economic crime threat mitigation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to identify and mitigate economic crime threats.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a framework to translate intelligence into tactical and strategic plans, which will enable the Bank to respond to threats faster and more effectively. You will also support the Nominated Officer in ensuring the bank meets its obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act and Terrorism Act.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working on internal projects to support, challenge, and resolve potential economic crime risks. They will also be able to strengthen relationships with external stakeholders and drive engagement with law enforcement and public/private law enforcement initiatives.
