We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent in the industry.



Job Description


The Cybersecurity Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's Information Security roadmap. This includes ensuring the safety and security of our technology infrastructure, identifying potential risks, and leading efforts to mitigate them.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Safeguarding our company's technology through proactive and reactive strategies to protect our products and brand.


  • Leading the creation and implementation of security and business continuity strategy and roadmap aligned with wider business objectives.


  • Developing and leading a confident, competent, and resilient information security team.


  • Implementing and rolling out security tooling and frameworks across the organization.


  • Identifying, tracking, analyzing, and remediating cyber risk across the business.


  • Ensuring secure and compliant software applications across all areas of the business.


  • Leading on the implementation and maintenance of our Information Security Management System.


  • Ensuring compliance with relevant security legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.


  • Maintaining monitoring controls to identify, protect, and detect threats.


  • Managing a comprehensive library of assets with assigned ownership.




Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will require:



  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a leadership position.


  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful security roadmaps.


  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Familiarity with security tooling and frameworks.


  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
