Job Title: Engineering Standards Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Engineering Standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Engineering Standards into our products and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues on Engineering Standards-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical background in engineering, preferably in aerospace or defence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in technical design tools, such as VPM.
