Job Overview:

About the Role:

  • Lead our efforts in developing and implementing Engineering Standards across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in Engineering Standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring seamless execution of Engineering Standards.
  • Facilitate the creation, issuance, and amendment of standard documents, ensuring efficient and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Engineering Standards and their application in the aerospace industry.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure colleagues have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute Engineering Standards effectively.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on Engineering Standards-related matters.
  • Contribute to the development of Engineering Standards policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Engineering Standards management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Engineering Standards and their application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and develop effective solutions.
