Job Title: Engineering Standards Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Standards Specialist to join our team at Leonardo, a global high-tech company and one of the key players in Aerospace, Defence and Security.

  • Be the go-to expert right here in Yeovil, guiding colleagues through procedures and providing invaluable support.
  • Equip our departments with your expertise, driving the creation, issuance, and amendment of standard documents.
  • Facilitate seamless replacements of Engineering Standards for our esteemed helicopter teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bring your technical prowess, whether through education, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience.
  • Decode technical drawings and documentation with ease, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Bring order to with your impeccable organisational skills and unwavering dedication to excellence.
  • Fuel your own passion and lead by example, inspiring teamwork and collaboration.
  • An engineering background that fuels your passion for innovation.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Experience navigating the aeronautic realm.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, to streamline operations.
  • Skills in technical design tools such as VPM, giving you an edge in problem-solving.
