Job Title: Engineering Standards Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Standards Manager to join our team at Leonardo. As an Engineering Standards Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Engineering Standards at an innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our efforts in shaping the future of Engineering Standards.
- Work hand-in-hand with talented teams across borders and be at the forefront of international collaboration.
- Be the go-to expert right here in Yeovil, guiding colleagues through procedures and providing invaluable support.
- Equip our departments with your expertise, driving the creation, issuance, and amendment of standard documents.
- Facilitate seamless replacements of Engineering Standards for our esteemed helicopter teams.
Requirements:
- Bring your technical prowess, whether through education, apprenticeship, or equivalent work experience.
- Decode technical drawings and documentation with ease, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Bring order to with your impeccable organisational skills and unwavering dedication to excellence.
- Fuel your own passion and lead by example, inspiring teamwork and collaboration.
- An engineering background that fuels your passion for innovation.
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience navigating the aeronautic realm.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, to streamline operations.
- Skills in technical design tools such as VPM, giving you an edge in problem-solving.
