Job Overview

Holt Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing engineering process, driving product and process enhancements, and ensuring product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive product and process enhancements.
  • Support the development and launch of new products in line with industry-standard processes.
  • Lead the creation of prototypes for validation, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Address and resolve defect issues promptly to maintain manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage production activities.
  • Plan and implement site-level initiatives to boost productivity.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to improve product quality and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in manufacturing engineering.
  • Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
