Job Title: Engineering Standards Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Standards Manager to join our team at Leonardo. As a key player in our Aerospace, Defence and Security division, you will be responsible for shaping the future of Engineering Standards and driving innovation across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Engineering Standards across our UK sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of standards into our business processes
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues on Engineering Standards and procedures
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard documents and procedures
  • Facilitate the creation, issuance, and amendment of standard documents
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Engineering Standards or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of aerospace and defence industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
