About the Role

Seequent is seeking a highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in Reading, UK. This role will provide sales administration support to our sales teams, focusing on the coordination and administration of tenders, regional renewals for transactional accounts, contract administration for selected accounts and academic institutions, and centralized training activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer tenders, managing client engagement under the direction of the sales team leader.
  • Provide administrative support completing tasks for the submission of tenders.
  • Manage the project timeline and stakeholders for tender submissions.
  • Project manage complex tenders, taking responsibility for a plan, timeline, tasks, and managing multiple stakeholders to support the relevant sales leader.
  • Review and assist with the creation and submission of customer contracts for enterprise deals, liaising with and coordinating internal roles like legal and finance, as well as with customers.
  • Assist with sales administration tasks such as supplier setup and accompanying documentation.
  • Help with the administration overhead for CSS training sessions, including registration management, license management, coordination with marketing, invoicing, certification, associate admin, and invoicing.
  • Own the administration for the above in the Projector system and manage the administration process as required.
  • Occasionally assist the account teams with administrative tasks such as chasing debtors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and contract administration experience.
  • Experience dealing with complex tenders and contracts highly desirable.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and the ability to communicate and empathize with customers vital.
  • Strong communication skills to share findings with others.
  • Able to communicate complex issues with clarity and conviction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across digital channels.
  • Strong strategy, planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Educated to degree level (bachelor's) degree is typically required for this role.
  • Experience working with sales and business process technologies (CRM, ERP, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly organized, with a strong affinity for process and procedure balanced with pragmatism. Collaborative and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated strong Microsoft Excel competence, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, GETPIVOT, and other functions.
  • Experience in working with remote teams strongly preferred.
  • Second language nice to have (French, German, Spanish, Dutch).
  • To plan and work independently on a day-to-day basis, to cope with a varied workload, and be able to work unsupervised and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive work.
  • Must have a quick-response capability.
