About Our Client

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to contribute to the financial management of a prominent not-for-profit entity.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Previous exposure to a common ERP system, such as Sage, Oracle, SAP or strong Excel is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily bank matching and bank reconciliations for all group entities
  • Inter company recharge invoicing and reconciliations
  • Posting credit card receipts
  • Dealing with parent billing queries
  • Soft credit control i.e., Identify any that FD needs to be aware of and pass on to recover
  • Support with month end process and close
  • Support with year end audit
