Job Overview

The Charity Data and Income Administrator will be responsible for managing financial and personal data input and reporting, maintaining the Charity database, and providing support to the Charity team.

This role is essential for the Charity and requires an organised, proactive administrator with great attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Main Duties
  1. Process donations, analysing and resolving queries and discrepancies, and accurately allocating Charity income through manual and file import onto the Charity database.
  2. Manage and respond to all related communications to donors, staff, and Trust colleagues.
  3. Process offline income, such as cheques, CAF cheques, and card payments, accurately recording financial and personal data onto the Charity database.
  4. Ensure all donations are acknowledged correctly and promptly in line with the charity stewardship programme.
Requirements
  • Detailed understanding of financial procedures to NVQ level 4 or equivalent.
  • Detailed understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Good level of understanding of fundraising regulations and best practice, particularly within the NHS.
