IFA Administrator Role - £32K + Bonus
We are seeking a skilled IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with 12 months+ experience in IFA administration to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage calendars and schedule client meetings with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with affluent and high-net-worth clients to build strong relationships.
- Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings, ensuring all necessary information is available.
- Raise invoices where required, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage databases with attention to detail, ensuring data integrity.
