ServiceNow Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the adoption and utilization of the ServiceNow platform across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Demand Manager to break down requirements into user stories suitable for iterative, incremental development.
  • Create roadmaps based on approved demands and monitor progress against plans.
  • Provide key communications and reporting based on progress.
  • Interface between the Development teams and wider business, working with various boards to ensure designs and stories meet necessary platform and Aviva governance.
  • Stakeholder management experience is essential, with the ability to work with different stakeholder groups.
Requirements:
  • ServiceNow expert with a deep understanding of the Now Platform capabilities.
  • Experience with IT modules, Sourcing & Procurement Ops modules, Accounts Payable modules, HRSD module, and Financial Service Operations (FSO) modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies, with awareness of ITILv3 Framework.
  • Experience working with third-party software partners.
  • Strong engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including an excitement for motivating and aligning stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • Starting salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
