ServiceNow Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a key interface between our Development teams and the wider business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our ServiceNow platform.

About the Role
  • Work closely with our Development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring effective use of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, ensuring seamless integration with our IT modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies, with awareness of ITILv3 Framework.
  • Experience working with third-party software partners.
What We Offer
  • Starting salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
