Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our Development teams and the wider business.

About the Role:

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be working closely with our Development teams to ensure the successful implementation of our IT solutions. You will have a deep understanding of the Now Platform capabilities and experience with the IT modules, Sourcing & Procurement Ops modules, Accounts Payable modules, HRSD module, and Financial Service Operations (FSO) modules.

You will also have familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or DevOps methodologies, as well as awareness of the ITILv3 Framework. Experience working with third-party software partners is essential.

* Starting salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
