About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our ServiceNow team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow across our estate. You will work closely with our development teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow across our estate.
2. Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective use of the platform.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance on ServiceNow best practices and configuration.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.

What You'll Get:

1. A competitive salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
