Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and organize events and activities for residents, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment.
- Manage a team of contractors and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and on time.
- Conduct regular health and safety checks, identifying and mitigating any risks to residents and staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the lodge.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and staff.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
