About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Provide a first-class service to Home Owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organise and coordinate activities and events for Home Owners, ensuring that they are enjoyable and engaging.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for Home Owners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Home Owners, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the service provided.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to Home Owners.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Home Owners, contractors, and suppliers.
