Lodge Manager Position

About the Role
Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, while also ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and activities for residents
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the development is running smoothly and efficiently
- Manage the maintenance of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure the safety and security of the development, including conducting regular health and safety checks
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retirement living or social care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
