Lodge Manager

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.
You will work closely with the Area Manager to manage the maintenance of the property and provide a first-class service to Owners. This autonomous role requires a trusted and approachable individual who can liaise with customers and suppliers, manage contractors, and schedule maintenance.
The successful candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with experience in similar roles such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or uniformed services. A passion for excellent customer service is essential, along with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
