We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BTA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on a range of HR issues, including employment law, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR issues
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies and conducting interviews
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts and conducting induction training
  • Handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures and grievance procedures
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and experience of working in a law firm.
