Job Description

Head of IT Product Management

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to lead our IT Product organization within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functional domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing business value by delivering useful and robust customer-facing solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Product organization to ensure alignment with business strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Oversee the performance of the IT Product organization, including delivery performance and talent management.
  • Act as a senior interface between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Define and implement a technology strategy and roadmap to align with business goals and priorities.
  • Ensure effective security, compliance, and risk management across the IT Product organization.
  • Lead a community of Solution Architects to shape cross-product solutions and ensure major inter-product dependencies are addressed.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive experience in managing IT delivery, from requirements elicitation to code deployment.
  • Proven people leadership skills, with a track record of improving IT department performance and cultivating talent.
  • Deep expertise across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement functional domains.
  • Expertise in related technologies, such as CAD/CAM, SAP ECC Materials Management, SAP ECC Logistics, and SAP ECC Inventory Management.
  • Strong understanding of managing product performance measures and metrics.
  • History of applying Agile methodologies and frameworks within a product context.
