As a key player in these sectors, we are seeking an experienced Head of IT Product Management to lead our IT Product organisation within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functional domain.
This role is responsible for maximising business value by delivering useful and robust customer- and business-facing solutions and services.
The successful candidate will act as a senior leadership interface between Products and the Business community, ensuring Product roadmaps are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT Product organisation to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet business needs.
- Develop and implement a technology strategy and roadmap to align with the company's goals and priorities.
- Oversee the performance of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Product organisation, including delivery performance and talent management.
- Act as a senior escalation point for Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders in relation to Product Stream performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape cross-Product solutions and ensure major inter-Product dependencies are addressed.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive experience in managing IT delivery, from requirements elicitation to code deployment.
- Proven people leadership skills, with a track record of improving IT department performance and cultivating talent.
- Deep expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement functional domains, preferably within an industrial manufacturing or high-tech industry context.
- Strong understanding of managing Product performance measures and metrics.
- History of applying Agile methodologies and frameworks within a Product context.
