Culinary Expert Opportunities

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu ideas that meet customer expectations.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food is prepared and presented consistently.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve excellent service standards.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and act upon customer feedback to continually improve our food services.
- New Menu Concepts: Support the creation of innovative menus and food concepts that delight our clients.
- Brand Representation: Represent our company and maintain a positive brand image through professional conduct and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure kitchens are well-stocked and hygienic.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
- Passion for Food: Possess a genuine passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
- Culinary Qualifications: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
- Leadership Experience: Have experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Hygiene Certificate: Hold a current Food Hygiene certificate.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in working arrangements to meet business needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive pay package, including benefits such as career development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
