Account Director - Data Centre Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our rapidly growing global Data Centre Solutions business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing an established Data Centre portfolio, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the Data Centre portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
  • Contract Management: Manage and maintain existing contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, providing training and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in operating Data Centres.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage profit and loss, develop financial plans, and drive business growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
